It's OK to be awkward in interactions.

When writing Step Four: at the top of each page, write, "God loves you." At the bottom of each page, write, "God still loves you."

Step Five: Share with God for forgiveness; share with others for humility; share with yourself for awareness.

God cannot refuse to help one of his children who asks for help.

Forgiveness: (1) become willing internally; (2) recognise you made up your own story; (3) ask God to give you a new story.

Trusting God means trusting that you'll get everything you need; why it is trust is because you can't see how.
